Înainte de a pleca îți oferim toate informațiile de care ai nevoie și te pregătim din punct de vedere cultural să știi cum să te adaptezi. De asemenea, te punem în legătură cu reprezentanții AIESEC din țara în care vei pleca. Aceștia vor avea grijă ca pe toată perioada experienței tale să cunoști alți internaționali și să te adaptezi cât mai repede și mai ușor.

Role description

This project is about supporting Egypt in achieving No poverty SDG#1. Eradicating poverty is a must to ensure that all Egyptians’ basic needs are met. We ensure their basic living needs are addressed, and support them in creating better futures for themselves. The project aims to bring the communities’ basic wishes to life by using the aim to empower impoverished Egyptian already available resources.

Main activities

  • You will be working in a diverse environment with interns from different countries.
  • You will be responsible to filter and divide food components.
  • You will be packing food supplies in bags for people in need.
  • You will filter and pick used suitable for reusing.
  • You will pack clothes in bags to be distributed in rural areas.
  • You, along with the NGO responsible, will take part in distributing the supplies.
  • You will submit a brief report outlining your experience at the end of your internship.

The project is all about supporting the Quality of Egyptian Education and improving it which is one of the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (#4) , all of that through participating with some NGOs to achieve the same purpose and help in ensuring and securing a bright future for children. In Turkey, awareness of cutural differences and gender equality are not that enough, that is why we want to reach by this project to 6-15 age kids, because changing those things should start from the smallest ones. We need to develop our kids perspective by creating more awareness among them for different cultures, languages and opinions, speak different lifestyles, show that there is no distinction between religion, language and race to them.
